we went to the Logan/Cache Stake Tabernacle,

and strolled around the lovely grounds.

Oquirrh Mountain Temple

On a slightly overcast day, I headed out with my daughter-in-law, Kyeng-Hee, and my

grandchildren, Ethan and Eve.  We had a great time at SAM's Club.  I let the kids head

down the candy isle, and pick out whatever they each wanted...but only one item each.

It was almost excruciating, waiting for them to decide what they were going to get.

After filling up the cart with all kinds of goodies, we headed back to their apartment.

On the way, Kyeng-Hee asked if I would like to see the Oquirrh Temple.

Even though it was cloudy and there was a drizzling of rain...

the temple, and the grounds, were just beautiful.

From the front of the temple looking right,

you can see the Draper Temple.

Looking out to the left,

is the Jordan River Temple.

Although the sky was hazy, I could see at least 20 chaples

stretched across the landscape.

Absolutely Amazing!

A Room for a Princess

After have two boys, Sarah was so excited to have a girl.

Now don't get me wrong...she love those boys to pieces.

BUT

You can't decorate a boys room like this!

Almost everything in this room,

was either a gift, 

or bought at a yard sale, or on sale

at Sarah's FAVORITE store...

Yep - I really do love UTAH!

Road Trip Back

We packed up the car, and headed back to Utah.

I took about 7 thousand photos...

...of big rocks...

...and big rocks and trees...

...and the highway...

...and the rain & snow...

...and going into a tunnel through a mountain...

...and a little snow...

...and a little more snow...

...and even more snow...

...and Katelyn watching a video...

and the welcome to Utah sign...

....and rocks and trees..

...and this place where we stopped for gas,

because we were running on fumes!

This little town was comprised of the Post Office and Grumps,

and a few houses.

I just love Utah:-)
